This software and all associated documentation is copyrighted, all rights reserved, and the property of BHIS Limited.

The program in its unregistered or expired state may be used without limitation for evaluation purposes only and may be freely copied and transferred, but may not be sold. In evaluation mode, the program will not allow the electronic filingof forms and will display an "Evaluation" stamp on all printed reports and forms.

A registered program may not be copied, reproduced, translated or saved in any electronic or machine readable form, either in whole or in part, without the express written consent of BHIS Limited, except for backup purposes. Use of the program is limited to the registered licensee at the address registered for the period of the license agreement and for the registered maximum number of companies. On expiry of the license period, breach of any of the terms of the license agreement or on non-payment of license fees, the program will be deemed to revert to an unregistered version.

Although BHIS Limited has tested the software and reviewed the documentation, BHIS Limited does not make any warranty or representation, express or implied, as to their performance, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The software and associated documentation is licensed "as is" and the licensee 
assumes the entire risk with regard to their performance and quality. In no event shall BHIS Limited be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Furthermore, BHIS Limited has no liability for any data stored or used with the 
software, including the costs of recovery or re-entry of lost data. It is the sole responsibility of the licensee to ensure that adequate backup copies of programs and data are made on a regular basis.
