The Electronic Formation software, included within PC Share Register Plus lets you fully specify details of UK companies that you wish to incorporate and also allows you to pull details of existing directors and members straight from PC Share Register Plus.

The opening screen of the Electronic Formation software shows previous formation instructions as well as those not yet instructed. To perform a new formation, simply click on the New Formation button.

Firstly, enter the basic company details.
Then enter details of the directors, secretary and members. You can pull this information from PC Share Register Plus if they are already directors etc. of an existing company.
And finally, enter any special instructions and click the Submit button.

There is no charge for the software and it is brought to you in association with the City firm of company formation agents, The London Law Agency Limited.

The software allows you to fully specify the company, including type of objects and articles etc. and full details of directors, secretaries and members. Once specified, an email message with attached data files containing all the details is then automatically generated, instructing London Law to form the company.

The software retains full details of a company’s specifications and makes it quick and simple to form a new company based on a previous instruction.

The complete statutory records of companies formed by The London Law Agency together with pdf copies of the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association can now be imported straight into PC Share Register Plus company secretarial software via the Internet within minutes of the company being incorporated......complete statutory books for a new formation fully written up in seconds!
