Remote Access Technical Support:

(this should only be done under the direct instruction of BHIS technical staff).
- You will then be presented with a "Session Login" page in your browser, where you need to enter the "Session ID" that our technical support staff will have given you, and your name
- Once entered, click "Join Session"
- When asked if you want to Run or Save the "Mikogo.exe" file -
answer "Run" - After a small download, you will be asked if you want to run the "Mikogo" software

again select "Run"
