Remote Access Technical Support:

Click here to allow our technical support staff to remotely access and control your PC
(this should only be done under the direct instruction of BHIS technical staff).

 

• You will then be presented with a "Session Login" page in your browser, where you need to enter the "Session ID" that our technical support staff will have given you, and your name
• Once entered, click "Join Session"
• When asked if you want to Run or Save the "Mikogo.exe" file - answer "Run"
• After a small download, you will be asked if you want to run the "Mikogo" software - again select "Run"
